Meet Jennifer Marino Thibodaux

Jennifer is an attorney, storyteller, seasoned speaker, author, host, and moderator who brings a bold yet relatable voice to the stage and page.

After achieving her lifelong dream of making partner at a law firm, she made the courageous decision to walk away—not out of failure, but out of clarity. That pivotal moment led her to found JMT Speaks, a platform built to help professionals reconnect with their core values, rewrite the stories that no longer serve them, and lead with authenticity. Through her signature framework, Everyday Authenticity™, Jennifer helps leaders reconcile how they see themselves with how they show up in the world—empowering them to set boundaries, extinguish burnout and find their fire, and redefine success on their own terms. With a distinctive mix of personal storytelling and professional insight, she delivers keynotes and presentations that resonate across generations and industries.

Jennifer holds a B.A. from Bucknell University, cum laude, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where she also served as an adjunct professor and is an active member of the Women’s Leadership Committee. She lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and son, where you can find her walking with a weighted vest and consuming youth sports.
